Guest Services

The Guest Services Office is available to assist you (the patient or your family) should you have  any concerns regarding your patient care experience.  We are committed to ensuring that your concerns are addressed in a respectful and courteous manner. We value your feedback and encourage you to contact us with your concerns as well as any compliments you may have for our staff.

The Guest Services Office is open Monday – Friday (excluding Holidays) from 9:00am to 4:00 pm. The office is located on the 3rd floor of A Wing at the Highland campus. The office telephone number is 510-437-4108, which also includes a 24-hour confidential voice messaging system. Please note: this phone messaging system is not intended for urgent /emergency issues. We strive to return all calls within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
